The content and the advertising spaces may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of this Site. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. You visit any other websites at your own risk.
We take click fraud (clicking on the advertisements or using others to click) very seriously. We track each and every click in terms of IP address, website visited, duration of stay, rate of conversion, etc., If found guilty, your account will be closed and payments will be sent back to the advertisers. A single invalid click can lead to termination of your account.

Juble authorizes you to view and to use the content only for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you retain the copyright notice on any content that you use. When you submit any content to Juble, you understand that you are entirely responsible for all Content that you submit. The Content includes without limitation, information, data, images, graphics, videos, software, music, submissions, and private messages.
Juble does not control the Content submitted and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You also understand that you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable and under no circumstances will Juble be liable in any way for any errors, misinformation or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of or reliance upon any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or made available on Juble.
You understand that even though you retain the copyright of the content, your relationship with Juble will be as an independent contractor and under no circumstances you can be considered as a partner or share-holder of Juble.
In case of violation of terms and conditions, Juble reserves the right to remove any content and suspend/terminate any user account without prior notice. If any account is cancelled, we will remove the content in a period of maximum 120 days (meanwhile we will find another expert to upload content in the same category).
User Conduct:
You agree not to engage in copying or distribution of any of the Content unless you have a written permission from us. You agree not to harvest or collect email addresses of other members (Jublites) by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails. You also agree that you may not use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website.
The following is a non-exclusive list of prohibited conduct:
1. You may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other Juble users.
2. You may not upload, post, share or store any content that is threatening, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, abusive, pornographic, vulgar, fraudulent, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise violates any law or right of any third party.
3. You may not hold more than one user account, or register for a user account on behalf of anyone other than yourself
4. You may not hack other members account or impersonate with any person or entity;
5. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Ex: Promotional materials, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation
6. You may not upload, share or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses, robots or programs that can interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
Revenue Sharing:
You understand that we are sharing the income from your pages only. That means you will get a share on income from the pages you created. We do not share the revenue generated form other pages Ex: homepage, search results pages, etc.,
Payments are made on 30th of every month i.e., for the previous month earnings. We will assess each and every click, your behavior on site, quality of content etc., before we release the payments.
We do not guarantee that any user will receive any minimum amount of payment every month. It only depends on how popular the user is and how many people are visiting the pages. You understand that we are sharing the income generated on the pages and we are not paying just for submitting the content.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue the payment of earnings at any time in case of poor performance or violation of terms.
We need to report to the Internal Revenue Service about payments we release to you. You acknowledge that you must report your income to the appropriate tax authorities (1099 Forms), and are solely liable for any failure to report this information.
Exclusion of warranties:
You acknowledge that your use of Juble is at your sole risk and that the services are provided "as is" and "as available". We have no control over users accessing the Site, reliability of the content or effects of the content on you.
Juble and its affiliates do not warrant you that:
1. Your use of Juble will meet your requirements,
2. Content on the site is accurate, complete, error-free, reliable, current or original.
3. Services will be uninterrupted, error-free and secured.
The Site may direct you to sites containing information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. We make no warranties about content of other Sites, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, reliability, copyright compliance, legality of other sites.
Any material downloaded or obtained through Juble is done at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damages to your computer or other telecom devices that occur as a result of such download.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any warranties for other services advertised and also any viruses or harmful components received through the site.
Violations:
Please report to us if you find any content that violates our terms and conditions. We do not monitor user content for copyright violations.
